CHALEUR BAY

Chaleur Bay is an area with tourist features and numerous activities for all the family. Belledune, Beresford, Nigadoo, Petit-Rocher and Pointe-Verte municipalities all have special and unique features. Here, among others, is a distinctive attraction within each municipality: Jacquet River Park in Belledune is a park with panoramic scenery of the Chaleur Bay for camping and beach excursions. There is an outstanding beach with recreational and tourism potential in the vicinity of Beresford where visitors can admire the sea. Vieux Moulin Park in Nigadoo is a park where people can unwind and swim while admiring nature.

A wharf in Petit-Rocher is a gathering place for fishermen, visitors and local residents. You can also plan a sea excursion with a local fisherman. Finally, Atlas Park in Pointe-Verte, is a sublime park for outdoors activities where people can practice submarine diving, sport fishing and go on pedestrian excursions during the summer and during the winter by cross-country skiing on managed trails.
